About how long does the painting work take?

The duration depends on the scale of the project. As a guide, an area of approximately 3,000 m² takes around 2 weeks. If there are rainy days, the schedule will be extended by the number of days work could not be carried out.

Painting is generally carried out during the dry season (November to April). Painting during the rainy season has the advantage of being able to check for leaks at the same time as the work is carried out.

How is the surface prepared before painting?

We use a high-pressure washer dedicated to painting work, which is used for cleaning, in addition, we also carry out surface sanding, crack repair, surface preparation, and rust prevention treatment, among other steps.

If the roof leaks, does the whole roof need to be replaced?

Not necessarily. We will thoroughly investigate the cause of the leak. If it turns out to be localized, we can repair just that area without replacing the entire roof, which can significantly reduce costs.

How do you ensure safety when working at height?

All our tradesman have completed safety training and hold certification for working at height. They are also fully equipped with safety gear such as lifelines, safety belts, and internationally standard fall-prevention equipment.

What should we prepare before Astec conducts an on-site survey?
