Leaks from Rust
Rust forms when metal reacts with oxygen and water. As it progresses, it can eat through the metal roof and cause leaks. We use a special penetrating paint to fix the rust in place, then seal any holes with waterproof repair material.

When hook bolts rust, gaps form around them and cause leaks. We fix the rust in place and waterproof it with dedicated repair material, replacing the bolts when needed.
